AN ORDINANCE SUGGESTING THE RETAIL PRICES OF MEAT, POULTRY , FISH AND |
OTHER MARINE PRODUCTS IN RTHE MUNICIPALITY OF MAMBURAO, AND FOR THIS |
PURPOSE AMENDING ARTICLE III OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 15 |

WHEREAS, SECTION 447 (a) (5) (w) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE OF 1991 |
PROVIDES THAT THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN. AS THE LEGISLATIVE BODY OF THE |
MUNICIPALITY, SHALL ENACT AND APPROVE ORDINANCES WHICH SHALL ENSURE THE |
EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE DELIVERY OF THE BASIC SEEVICES AND FACILITIES |
|
WHEREAS, IT SHALL ALSO REGULATE IN THE PREPARATION AND SALE OF MEAT, |
POULTRY, FISH, VEGETABLES, FRUITS, FRESH DAIRY PRODUCTS, AND OTHER |
FOODSTUFFS FRO PUBLIC CONSUMPTION. |

WHEREAS, TO PROTECT THE RGHT OF COSUMERS THERE IS NEED TO REGLATE |
THE SALE OF MEAT, POULTRY, FISH AND OTHER MARINE PRODUCTS BEING SOLD IN |
MAMBURAO PUBLIC MARKET |
|
|
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF MAMBURAO, |
OCCIDENATL MINDORO DURING ITS SESSION DULY ASSEMBLED TO ENACTED AS IT |
HEREBY ENACTED: |

MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO.18 |
|
SECTION 1-SHORT TITLE- THIS ORDINANCE SHALLBE KNOWN AS “ AN ORDINANCE |
SUGGESTING THE RETAIL PRICES OF MEAT, POULTRY, AND OTHER MARINE |
PRODUCTS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAMBURAO AND FOR THIS PURPOSE |
AMENDING ARTICLE III OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 15 |

SECTION 2- SCOPE- COMMODITIES SUCH AS FISH, SHRIMPS, CRABS, MEAT AND |
DRIED FISH SHALL BE SOLD ON LY AT MAMBURAO PUBLIC MARKET AT THE PRICES |
UNDER THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE OF RATES AND QUALITIES TO WIT. |
