AN ORDINANCE IN THE PROVISION OF FEE FOR
FUND RAISING ACTIVITIES IN THID\S MUNICIPALITY
OF MAMBURAO |

| |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of the Municipality of
Mamburao., Occidental Mindoro. |

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Section 1. No person shall conduct, manage or promote fund rais-
ing activities with the jurisdiction of the municipality of Mamburao
without first obtaining a permit from the Office of the Mayor and
paying a fee of 50.00 per day. |

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Section 2. Unless provn, necessary and justifiable, no person
from other municipalities shall be allowed to conduct fund raising
activities within the municipality of Mamburao. |

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Section 3. The permit shall not be given to any activity which
is deemed by the Municipal Mayor to be contrary to existing rules and
regulations and public welfare. |

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Section 4. The permit shall not be paid to the Municpal Treasurer
five (5) days before the activity is held. |

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Section 5. EFFECTIVITY - This Ordinance shall take effect imme-
diately upon approval. |

|
|
ENACTED AND APPROVED by the member of the sangguniang Bayan this
18th day of March, 1996. |
