AN ORDINANCE ENACTING AND AMENDING MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE
NO. 91-05 SERIES OF 1991 CONCERNING THE PRICE STANDARDI-
ZATION OF MARKET PRICES. |

Be ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Section 1. - This ordinance shall be known as the price standardization
of commodities in the municipality of Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Section 2. The unit of weight to be used in all transactions should be
by kilogram or kilo. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Section 3. Commodities such as fish, shrimps, crabs, meats and dried
fish shall be sold only at Mamburao Public Market at the prices under the
following scheduled orf rates and qualities to wit: |

other provisions of this ordinance shall result to confiscation of
said items or shall upon conviction of a fine of not less than
P100.00 but more than P 200.00 or an imprisonment of five (5) days
but more than ten (10) days or both such fine and imprisonment
depending upon the discretion of the court. |

Section 5 - All ordinances which are hereby contrary to or incon-
sistent herewith, are hereby repealed and/or modified accordingly. |

Section 6 - This ordiance shall take effect immediately upon
approval. |
