The DIGITEL telecommunications company provides local and international direct dialing telephone services telegraph and fax services. DIGITEL had undergone its own expansion program by providing more telephone line offering fiber optic communication and internet services. In addition to this, SMART communications offer internet services through its SMART Broadband.

The town has access to three (3) Frequency Modulated (FM) Radio Stations heard on the airwaves which provide continuous satellite broadcast namely: the Mambo FM station, Bambi Station and the Radio Natin FM Station. Two (2) local cable television networks, the Mamburao CATV System and Capitol CATV offer more than a dozen foreign channels operate in Mamburao and a satellite network known as DREAM offers similar services in selected barrios not reach by cable stations.

KAPATIRAN Communication Network Inc., an affiliate of REACT Philippines, KABALIKAT Civicom Inc., and Society of Communicators and Networkers International (SCAN) are the Radio communications. These are also the volunteer Civic and Religious Action Groups in town providing emergency assistance in times of calamity. As regards communication JRS and Bureau of Telecommunications (BUTEL) continuously provide telegraph and communication services aside from the postal services being rendered by the Philippine Postal Corporation. Various innovations are being introduced to upgrade their services. Furthermore, GLOBE Telecom, Sun Cellular and SMART have operated their cell sites in the Municipality to provide better communications through cellular phones. To date most of the population was using cell phones as their mode of communication.

Mindoro Guardian is the only local newspaper circulating in the locality. National newspaper such as Daily Inquirer, Philippine Star and other reached the locality through water transport.
